These are the many cuts found on my legs now. Guess where i got them.
I got them from Dragonboating this morning.

The day started out well. ZhiSing gave me a 'morning call' and i met her, cam and shiva at the busstop. Then we went into school with the rest of 302 who also chose dragonboat as their pe elective. We boarded the bus which took us to kallang river where we had draginboat.

We were split into groups of 20 and we had to pair up. I paired with Cam.
Our coach's name was Raine. Was quite nice at first until she became angry suddenly when the girls didnt follow instructions bcus they cldnt hear her. After which we had this 'water confidence' tingy where we would sit at the edges of the boat facing inwards and start rocking. The purpose is to make us confident of getting close to the water.

This was when the climax of the day happened. As the boat was rocking, (like those theme park pirate ships just tht it rocked horizontally), the boat leaned to much to the other side and it capsized. Seriously, it capsized. I was like seeing the water get closer to me with my own eyes, like i knew i was going to die but cldnt do anything. The whole boat of 21 ppl, including Raine, fell into Kallang River and the whole boat was filled with river water. Everyone were super super shocked. The first thing i did was to make sure tht my specs were still on me and to 'kiap' my slippers to prevent them from floating away. Then i saw Huiling beside me so we held on to each other. Another nice guy(i forgot wht's his name) came to hold onto me. (So nice rite). I was super freaked out at that moment. At first it was like 'is this really happening to me', then after i realised that YES, this is reality then i started to panic like shit. I was crying and crying and holding on to the 2 ppl beside me super tightly. Now i know how the passengers of Titanic felt when they were abt to die. After that, a few other dragonboats came to rescue the ppl who fell into the river. I grabbed onto a boat and tried to pull myself up but i couldnt. Then TY came to help push me up and the girls on the boat pulled me up also. I was super relieved when i went up the boat, just to know from the girl beside me that i was bleeding. I looked down at my legs and there they were, cuts. Many many cuts. I think the bottom of the boat cut me when the ppl were trying to got me up the boat. I started crying, again. The ppl around me were super nice even though i didnt know any of them. They were comforting me and making sure i was ok. My cuts hurt like mad cus there was salty river water on them. Some nice person passed me some clean water to wash my cuts.
As my boat went passed Jodie's boat(as in the boat which rescued her), a nice guy knew of my cuts and offered to give me his clean water to wash my cuts. Ok today i realised tht there are many many nice ppl in MJ.
I didnt need to paddle the boat cus i was injured. Very soon, we went back to shore. I went to bathe and applied some antiseptic cream onto my cuts which are still painful NOW. Im actually disgusted at my own cuts and im amazed how i actually sort of limped home all by myself. The thought that there are dead rats, dead dogs and other animals, and that a corpse was found in kallang river DISGUSTS me even more.

Anyway, i would really really like to thank those who helped me, including the guy who held onto me when i was panicing in the river, TY for pushing up the boat, Rebecca(i think that's your name) for comforting the most and washing my cuts for me, the ppl on the boat who were calming me down and making sure i was alright, and the guy from the other boat who offered his water to me to wash my wounds. And also Jiayi who helped apply antiseptic cream onto my wounds.

i swear NOT to dragonboat ever again. never.
